KOZAKH Black Friday 2024 Promotion Terms & Conditions

Free Gift Terms & Conditions:

  1. The free gift promotion is only valid with a purchase during the Black Friday Sale starting November 17th, 2024. The free promotional item will be shipped with your qualifying purchase.
  2. Items designated as "free gifts" are complimentary only with a qualifying purchase, as detailed in the promotion. If the qualifying item(s) are returned and the order no longer meets the criteria for the free gift, the gift must also be returned. If the free gift is not returned with the qualifying item(s), the customer will receive store credit for the value of their returned item(s) instead of a refund, regardless of the original reimbursement request. If the original reimbursement request was Store Credit, the order will still qualify for the Free Gift promotions, so Free Gift items do not need to be returned if qualifying purchase item(s) are returned for store credit.

Buy One Get One Discount Terms & Conditions:

By participating in our promotional offers, including but not limited to Buy One Get One (BOGO) discounts, tiered pricing discounts, product bundle promotions, and Free Gift promotions, customers acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Order Processing Time: Due to a potential increase in order volume, shipping times may extend up to 1 week longer than usual.
  2. Promotion Exclusivity: Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other offers, sales, or discounts. Some promotions may be restricted to one use per customer.
  3. Order Adjustments: Promotional offers cannot be applied retroactively to adjust the price of previous orders.
  4. Stock Availability: Promotions are subject to stock availability. Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
  5. Promotion Validity: Offers are valid only while promotional codes are active, or up until the explicitly stated expiration date.
  6. Bundled Promotions: If any items purchased in a bundled promotion are returned, the discount applied to those items will be recalculated. If the remaining items no longer qualify for the discount, the adjusted amount will be deducted from the refund total.
  7. Product Guarantees: All purchases, including promotional items, are covered by our standard product guarantees and warranties. Enjoy your products with confidence.

$1,000 Gift Card Raffle Terms & Conditions:

  1. Eligibility: The $1,000 KOZAKH Gift Card Raffle (the “Raffle”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (or the District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older and who have or must create a kozakh.com account (each an “Account”) at the time of entry. Employees and non-employee workers of KOZAKH Incorporated, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents and those prize providers and agencies that are involved in the development or execution of this Raffle or any of its materials, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such person are not eligible. To enter via the methods described below, you must either have created an account and wishlist on kozakh.com. The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
  2. Promotion Duration: November 17th, 2024 to December 1st, 2024
  3. General Regulations: All federal and local laws apply. By participating, participants agree to be bound by these official rules. All raffle entries are subject to verification before any prize is awarded. The decisions of the organizers are final in all matters relating to this promotion. Any and all applicable taxes on prizes are solely the winner’s responsibility.

  5. Individuals are awarded 1 raffle ticket for placing an order on kozakh.com during the promotional period.
  6. Individuals are awarded 1 ticket for applying the BF2024 discount code in the discount box at checkout.

*Individuals may earn up to 1 ticket total using either method. No purchase necessary.

Eligibility and Restrictions: Void where prohibited by law.  Promotion is open to all legal residents of the USA, 18 years and older.  Employees and their immediate family members of KOZAKH Inc. are not eligible.

Prizes: The raffle winner will receive a $1,000 KOZAKH Gift Card. The gift card can be redeemed towards any purchase on kozakh.com. The Gift Card can only be redeemed by the winning contestant. It cannot be sold or transferred. The Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash or other prizes. The Gift Card will expire 60 months after it has been issued. The winner will be notified via email on and the Gift Card will be issued to the winner via email on November 15th, 2024. 

No Liability:  KOZAKH Inc., their agents, employees, distributors, suppliers, organizers, and representatives make no warranties in connection with this promotion to entrants or winners, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or as to the contents contained in any ads.  KOZAKH Inc. will also not be held liable for any consequential damages.
